Adding a Swiss Alps skydive experience to your Bucket List is easy with SkydiveSwissAlps.com
You don’t need previous skydiving experience. For those who have never experienced the thrill of a skydive before, here is a quick. So all you have to do on the day is enjoy every second!

Weight limits: 95kg

Age: 18 years old

Helicopter Flight: 15 minutes.

Free Fall time: Approximately 40 sec depending on body size.

Canopy flight: 5 minutes.

Pickup Times: 9am, 12.00 Noon or 3pm.

Pickup Service: We can pick you up from your accommodation.

Pick up time: is not your jump time, please allow 3 hours to complete your skydive.
Weather conditions, other booking and daily operation can slow your jump time.

No alcohol: 8hrs before your skydive.

We need two people per Helicopter to fly your VIP tandem.

If you are by yourself we will do our best to match you up with another person.

Payments: can be made on the day by cash or credit card.

Confirm your booking early as possible, as it is peak summer and the days bookings fill fast.

Frequently Asked Questions to Tandem Skydiving

What should I wear?

Your clothing should be comfortable and your shoes should be secure on your feet, like trainers or runners NO hooks on your shoes allowed. In WINTER please dress warm. We supply you with a jumpsuit, gloves and a cap and goggles.

What's the weight limit?

My friend is big, can he do a tandem skydive? For safety reasons we do have a weight limit which is set to 95 to 100kg.

What's the maximum numbers of people per trip?

Two customers are required to fill a helicopter skydive trip, should you be by yourself we'll do our best to pear you with another customer. This may delay your skydive, especially off season.

What weather conditions are best?

In regards to the weather, we do not go skydiving if it is not good enough. This means raining, very cloudy, or too windy. There are legal regulations on what we can fly in, and generally these conditions are not very nice for skydiving. We generally make weather judgments on the day of jumping If the weather is OK well be jumping, if it`s not we can reschedule or refund your payments.

Cancellations Refunds

Refunds for cancelling at your request must be by written email 48 hours before day of jump and a cancellation administration fee of 50 Swiss Franks will be charged. SkydiveSwissAlps.com and partner companies have the right to cancel for bad weather or refuse any person that may be a safety concern to him/herself or others. It is your responsibility to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Groups

If you are booking a large group of 10 or more jumpers please provide them with a copies of the terms and conditions. The organizer at the time of booking will be responsible for the 50chf deposit charged for each Tandem Skydive customer in the group. A credit card number is taken but not charged until the day of jump. All groups over 10 people plus please email instead of using the online system so that we may better cater for your needs.

Health

Tandem Student parachutists require general normal to good health, current medical conditions that can cause problems can be rejected by the Instructors/guides conducting the skydive. If you are unsure you of your condition you must have your doctor`s approval before parachuting:

Insurance

SkydiveSwissAlps.com does not provide or sell insurance for any activity booked through Skydive Professionals.com web site. It is the customers responsibility to carry adequate travel and adventure sport Insurance.

Terms & Conditions

All purchases of Skydiving are subject to the following terms and conditions. By proceeding with your purchase you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. All linked and 3rd party websites advertising on the SkydiveSwissAlps.com WebSite are subject to their own terms and conditions. Bookings are subject to our IAA approved regulations. If you do not agree to these terms please re-think your purchase.

Bookings

Pre-bookings are advisable to ensure your preferred date and time is available.
Bookings are confirmed by email or phone only upon receipt of payment.
Bookings can be secured by paying a deposit of 50CHF per person.
To reschedule an Individual booking requires a minimum of 24hrs notice.
To reschedule a Group booking of 3 people or more requires a minimum of 48hrs notice. Reschedule may incur a fee if the minimum of 24hrs notice is not received by SkydiveSwissAlps.com

Payment

All bookings, purchases and deposits are only refundable when Helicopter Skydive can not provide the booked services due to inclement weather conditions, or customer time restraints due to customers travel itinerary.

All bookings must be paid for in full before Jumping, payment is accepted on the day.
Bank Transfers are accepted 14 days in advance only. Balances due must be paid on the day of your skydive By Credit Card or Cash.

Groups

If you are booking a group please provide people in the group with a copy of the terms and conditions for each tandem skydive customer in the group.
The Group organizer at the time of booking will be responsible for the deposit of CHF 50.

Day of Jump

You must arrive on time for your appointment time.
Upon arrival you will complete the registration and briefing process takes approximately 20 minutes.
Late arrivals for scheduled Tandem skydiving are subject to instructor availability.
Late arrivals for scheduled Tandem skydiving are placed at the end of the manifest.

Your booking time does not indicate your Skydive time and we can not guarantee what time you will complete your Skydive. You are required to commit the entire day for your Skydive, we can not guarantee you will be on the same aircraft load as your companions.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid strictly for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable, vouchers are transferable to another person. The voucher holders are fully responsible to ensure voucher is used while valid, you must present your Voucher on the day of your Skydive. SkydiveSwissAlps.com is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

Safety

The (DZSO) Drop Zone Safety Officer is the decision maker on whether operations will proceed or stop. Skydiving is weather dependent and will only commence when conditions are suitable. Unsuitable Weather can cause unforeseen delays or hinder operations completely.

Health

Certain medical conditions or medications may prevent you from Skydiving are advised to ask for Doctors Certificate or approval before conducting your skydive. If under the influence of a mood altering substance your Skydive is cancelled immediately.

Participants are subject to weight restrictions of 100kg / 215lbs
Participants are subject to age limitations 18 years or with perental concent.

Insurance

Will I be insured? HelicopterSkydive.com does not provide supply or sell insurance for any activity booked through SkydiveSwissAlps.com. It is the customer’s responsibility to carry adequate travel and adventure sport insurance.

Skydive Cancellation and Reschedule

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel operations at any time for any reason, If weather forecast is unsuitable we will aim to give advance notice of reschedule. Technical issues can cause delays or hinder operations which restricts operations for safety reasons. Skydive operations are subject to Air Traffic Control restrictions.

Legal Disclaimer

SkydiveSwissAlps.com is a booking agent only therefore the responsibility of 3rd party insurance is with the partner company directly conducting the Skydive or adventure activity tour. All legal claims will be made and lodged directly with the adventure company conducting the skydive tour. All legal disputes will be conducted and mediated in Switzerland and under Swiss law.
